Nice lighting in the lanes area. Sufficient amount of space for playing. Bar area, as well as restrooms looks very outdated. The carpet in the very last lane over by the wall was very sticky to walk on, and it felt like it has experienced a massive spill of five large cups of sweet tea. This place could definitely benefit from a major face lift, inside and out. However, location is great, right near Bethesda downtown.
Check in was good, was told there was an hour wait but went back up to the counter and a lane was available. Bowled two games, asked for water three times and couldn’t get anyone to bring them. Went up to the bar and was told the bar was closed, go sit down and someone will be with you. I asked for someone to come to the lane and 15 minutes later someone arrived. We asked for water again and didn’t get it. Went to the other bar and finally got two waters. It shouldn’t be so difficult to get some hydration while I’m getting my bowl on. Party of 4 Saturday night 8:30 pm.
Hated everything about this place.
Atmosphere was pleasant. The woman at desk the service desk was extremely helpful, informative and understanding. We had an enjoyable time. A little pricey before a certain time on Friday they offer specials on other days. We will return next time in town.
The lanes worked very poorly, we had to have someone fix our malfunctioning lane 3-4 times each game we played. It was so bad we tried to switch lanes but the second one was just as bad.
The only things worse than the lanes were the employees. They attempted to charge me for twice as many games as I actually played. It took 30 minutes for them to understand that they were over changing me. Any bowling alley is better than this place.
Great place to host an event. Manager Blake Scott made sure every aspect of our party was perfect. The fajitas party food set up was amazing. My office team raved over how great the food and service are here. Its more than a bowling alley. It's a fun experience!!!
