I've been with this company for a few years now and it consistently has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. As a comcast customer, that's saying something.
auction off the vehicle for $302 and that I still owe them $8,581.88 which I feel is down right criminal and unjust and the worst case of fraud I ever seen. Now instead of repairing my credit, I'm back to having my credit stain by companies like this that take advantage of people like me

you are considering getting a loan don't fall into the trap. They will trap you in a very high interest rate. Up to 24% on a 5 years ! They do this to people with very bad credit. DO THE bank a favor fix your credit and go elsewhere to buy a car. Where they won't screw you up with high interest rates.
They always give my customers the opportunity to establish their credit. They're a huge help for the community, specially those only capable of obtaining a tax id number. Our go-to bank for those situations.

I am not sure where all the negative remarks are coming from because honestly, I have been with Glenmont Financial for the past 3 years and I have had a really wonderful experience with them, as a matter of fact I will continue to go to them other purchase and refer them to anyone. They have never treated me any less than professional.
Also don't believe in those 5 stars review, they create those accounts to have at least a good insight.
Very bad experience when I purchased my vehicle and receive a loan from Glenmont Financial for a 2006 jeep commander, after 3 1/2 years of payments which was @ $10,000 the engine went and need to be replaced. Well with 3 1/2 yrs. Left on my loan which is @$9,000. I decided to see if I could buy the vehicle outright that way I could fix the vehicle and keep my credit in good standards, well after talking to one of their reps. and then a manager I was told

No I could not buy the vehicle and that I have to abide by my contract,well after pleading with them to let me buy I was told No again. Well I was in no position to fix the vehicle and continue to pay on it so I made the decision to voluntarily give the vehicle back and pay for the difference after they auction off the vehicle. That would give me time to save up some more money when the time comes.Well I received
