Just getting started, but to date the experience has been very good and responsive.
I used them on the interior of my rental house after a tenant trashed the place. They did a fantastic job. Very flexible and accommodating. Extremely professional. The place looked beautiful when they were done. You would never have known what it looked like before!
Our house was starting to show some wear and tear so, we called University painters to get a quote to repaint the trim. Mike came out to the house and as we walked around, he explained how they would prep the house prior to painting an why we had variations in the existing paint. After he presented the quote, we felt the price was reasonable and signed the contract.
