I called about a concern for a relative that hasn't been in contact for several months. They issued a welfare check on her and dispatched an officer to her residence within 30 mins. It was such a relief to immediately receive a phone call from her. I want to thank Montgomery County PD for their courteous and quick response to my request. You are my savior today.
Worst police department in all of MD. They don’t give an ish about you. Losers all of them.
Very liked mannered...called in after an accident to try to find out where my loved ones (parents) car had been towed to or whatever their process was. Not so helpful, rude, asked a bunch of question as though they were alert and knew what the heck went on. Please when a citizen calls you because of something that was tragic enough please be helpful and thoughtful.
The Montgomery county police are, in my experience, made up of petty, childish, ego-driven, dishonest, and unprofessional individuals. From traffic cops to the commissioner, a sincere care for the well-being of the citizens does not exist. Career advancement, covering for one another, and the delight of power seem to be their motives. My life has truly been devastated by the illegal and dishonest conduct of the MCPD.
Very ill-mannered policemen. Not unexpected for a government-run place. I was greeted and "helped" by a younger police man, who spoke to me like I was a child. No sense of people skills or customer service, whatsoever. I had to ask to speak with a supervisor (a Lieutenant, I believe), who was more polite, but very unimpressed overall.
There is nothing in this review that violates any of the google+ policies. Stop deleting my important, honest review. MCPD will inevitably complain about this important, accurate review, as that's how they handle their own mistakes - cover it up
