The NEX has truly grown over the years. Two levels. Ample parking. Opulent brands. On the plus side there's a large package store on the lower level and hybrid/electric parking right in front of the doors.
This has to be one of the largest I have seen. Two levels with a two level parking garage. Recently opened with class VI, food court, bank, pharmacy, barber, plaque shop and I believe a vision center. Working price checkers everywhere and pleasant staff.
I love these place. Great haircuts. Good people. All kinds of products.
Great location for all sorts of items that you can get on sale. However if you're looking for food I recommend going to a commissary or off post. My wife won a gift basket here for our cat and I'm very impressed with the professionalism of the staff.
Usually have a pretty good experience here however today is Black Friday. I knew it was gonna be hectic but I wasn't ready for the rudeness of the employees. Specifically one girl I didn't catch her name but she's short, Asian, and has her ends dyed blonde. Always in electronics. She was being SUPER rude. She was in electronics and she yelled at this poor little old lady because she was getting an Apple Watch but also wanted to pay for the rest of her stuff as well. Mind you she had been waiting for 30 minutes in line (I know I was there) and she was wanted her to go wait in a longer line wrapping around the store. Then she yelled at everyone in line that didn't have electronics to go to the line that was wrapped around the store until another manager came to shut her up. Like seriously dude? It's Black Friday what were you expecting.
