A DISHONEST STORE . They don’t care about customer experience and be sure they don’t care about your pets’ experience either. Some stuff there are incredibly irresponsible. Items are always hung on a wrong place with a wrong price. I’ve experience this issue three times! The $3 bunch turned out to be $6, and the $2 stuff turned out to be $3.5. When I tried to tell the guy this problem. He was in a rush to go home and said he couldn’t give me the item with price on tag. Excuse me ? It’s just 1 or 2 dollars difference and I already paid for them, so I don’t need you to give me that cheap price.I told you so that you guys be aware of this mistakes. It’s not a big deal, but it’s super annoying always seeing the wrong price. And they clearly don’t care about customer experience. Never going there again!

I buy my dry dog food from there so Floppy will be happy and I help pets without a home.
Horrible Customer Service experience. I take my dog here all the time for grooming and doggie day camp. I had scheduled an appointment to get my dog groomed, and accidentally cancelled it online when trying to switch the package I had selected. I immediately called the store only to find out that the salon was already over booked and they refused to take my dog. I am very disappointed that they clearly over book their salon to begin with and then to treat a loyal customer poorly. Needless to say I will not be using this grooming salon anymore.
While you can buy large quantities at one time. Compare prices to your supermarket, I tend to check prices at Giant to be sure you are getting the lowest price.
DO NOT go here, parking sucks, grooming facilities customer service is questionable to unprofessional at best. Unless you have nothing to do and want to spend your time waiting for responses or lack of response from the staff - it’s the perfect place to go to kill 3-4 hours of your life.
