Absolutely love this place. They have great hours, a friendly staff and always treat the pets as if they were their own. Can't imagine going anywhere else for my cat!

This location couldnt see my dog when he was sick because they didnt have any availability. I set up an appointment for 2 weeks later, they had to re-schedule my appointment because the doctor didnt show up due to personal issue. Then, their attitude was "oh, its personal issue. This things happens. We just have to work around it." and he almost didnt apologize until I told him how frustrating this situation is. I understand things happens, but when my dog being sick thing happened, this vet couldnt see my dog. When I want to make sure if my dog is recovering fine after two weeks, the doctor doesnt show up thing happens and cant see my dog. At this location, I feel like things are happening always against the customers' connivence and I seriously doubt they even care about customers or ill dogs at this point. I want to change the vet but I am bound to this place due to 1 year program thing... Now I am concerned that if my dog would ever be able to see a vet at this place.

The Absolute Worst!!! Our dog has been treated at the Wisconsin Ave. Banfield Pet Hospital for 6 years. Recently, when she was getting out of the car to go in for grooming at the same Pet Smart, the leash came unlocked and our dog darted into traffic. She was hit by a car and had internal injuries, bleeding and broken bones. When we went to ask HER VETERINARIAN at Banfield to help her, we were told - no - they are on LUNCH BREAK!!! What kind of "Hospital" refuses care to one of their own patients, when they are dangerously injured and sitting in the waiting room. We left and took her to Friendship Animal Hospital, where they took excellent care of her. Unbelievably heartbreaking!!!

Nice until you need an emergency service (that's why I was paying for an insurance in the first place). My dog was sick and vomiting and they said they just had time for the next month. Go straight to Friendship Hospital where you will get a better plan and service!

Just had my very first visit there with my new dog and the staff are wonderful and seem to know what they're doing. Dr. Servis and the veterinary assistant Morgan (I think that was her name) were lovely. The way they described things was easy to understand and they were always very attentive and friendly. They did the vaccinations and blood draw in the room with us as well as showing us how to apply the flea and tick preventative. Believe it or not, I think my dog actually likes the vet!
