I've never had a bad experience while dealing with employees. This location is difficult to get to by car as there is no attached parking lot. (There is a public parking garage 2 blocks away) This makes using the ATMs difficult and results in many people parking illegally, blocking traffic on a busy street.
I was in line patiently waiting my turn, when an associate suggested that I use the ATM for my transaction. I went, placed my money orders in, followed his directions and the machine ended up taking both of my money orders and would not return them. They assured me that it would be taken care of but BOA ended taking money out of my account. I called the bank back, was assured that I would receive a follow up call, and I have yet to hear back from the manager. Extremely irritated right now. Poor customer service. I have several accounts with them, including my mortgage. I should switch everything over to USAA.
I'm normally not too critical, but it was a rough go at this branch
every day diffrent law in the bank ///// and only 1 or 2 teller for 20 customers not good
I go here to deposit rent in my landlords account when he is traveling. They make my transactions quick and easy
