I am a long time Mercedes Benz customer. I have purchased and leased 6 vehicles. The last 4 from Euro Motors and 3 of those from Eric Scott. I just closed on a new car for my wife today. Eric is always a pleasure to work with. No matter how many times I have changed my mind on vehicles models and options he never slowed in his goal to get the car we wanted. Eric Scott is by far the best car salesman ever. He makes the process pleasant and takes away the pains typically associated with buying a car. He is extremely patient, thorough, and doesn't pressure you. He works hard to understand exactly what you are looking for and then works his magic to get it done. He will spend as much time needed to show you vehicles and options, however, the financing is quick and simple. But don't think that means you aren't getting a good deal! I shopped every Mercedes-Benz dealership in the DC metro area and no one came close. The same is true for the last vehicle I leased for my wife a couple of months ago from Eric at Euro Motorcars of Bethesda. Eric doesn't try to just sell you a car. He builds a long lasting relationship and understands your needs in a vehicle. In fact, he already knows when my next purchase/lease will be and knows exactly what kind of car I need. See if you can find that anywhere else.
I originally came to Euro Motorcars via Chad Spencer who took the guess out of which dealership to use and order my new car through. Chad really did an amazing job finding the best price for my vehicle. Once I got to Euro Motorcars however, Eric Scott and the rest of the staff gave me the best treatment of any car buying experience that I have ever had. They went above and beyond to make sure the car was just right before I drove it off the lot and even after I left made themselves available for any requests or questions I had. I definitely would work with Chad and Eric again for any future purchases that I may have.

My car was in for a routine service. It fell off a bay and was totaled. Accidents happen. Fortunately, no one was injured. BUT what happened next was terrible. Namely, they kept stalling me and keeping me in the dark as to the 'next step,' until, after a month, I threw a fit in the service manager's office. Their offer finally came and it was a rock bottom valuation. So I made a claim versus my own insurance company, and received $7,000 more than their offer. I felt cheated and abused.
