Herb Ruffin was the best, most professional Enterprise Assistant Manager. He helped me efficiently and gave me great customer service. I would come back to Enterprise at Bethesda every time I travel there and not use any other rental car company. I was incredibly pleased with his service and Joe was extremely helpful and professional also.
I rented a cargo van from Enterprise this past weekend. They were excellent to work with. Got me into the van earlier than I originally requested and helped me return it in a very prompt fashion. Excellent to work with.
Herb was very good. Emterprise will let you drop the car off at another location hassle free. They have been depedable for the last 15 years in multiple states in my experience and their price and vehicles are always exceptional
This rental agency is awesome. Here's why... Promised the car when I requested it. They even accommodated me for an after hours drop off (this location does not offer after hours drop off) at another location with no additional charge. They even called to see how my experience was. When they found out that I had returned a day earlier that what they charged me, they adjusted my final charge on the spot. The one downside of being so good to their customers is that they are busy on the phone during peak hours. I had to wait a long time when I called during those times.
Wonderful people and service always, even when they are very busy and a super great location. Best car rental business in the D.C. Metro area.
