Bought three arrangements for work totaling $343 and all I asked was for them to be delivered by 1PM. Told them that when I inquired, wrote that on the request space when I ordered on line, reminded them the delivery time the morning of and when I called at 1PM to ask where the baskets are it was as if I was bothering them!! Will never buy from these people again
I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.
Plus, the surprise element was ruined.
Apparently they just don't do refunds? Order got pretty messed up. Will never order from here again and do body recommend anyone to order from here

My boyfriend ordered chocolate covered strawberries for me, to be delivered by 3pm (I have class at 3:30). He specifically told them I had class and called twice after that to confirm and they said no later than 2.
I placed an order for my sister's birthday a few days before the big day (ensuring that EA had plenty of time to make the order) and come to find out, THEY WERE NEVER DELIVERED even though I received a "delivery confirmation"! I called the location at 8am the next day to discuss this with them and I was told they needed to speak to the driver before anything was done. REALLY?? I was sure they would send out another arrangement right then and there and THEN talk to the driver later. Nope. Didn't happen. So much for customer service. I live in New England so I put my trust in this location not having ordered from them before. Never again!! So disappointed. They never called me back...I had to call them.
I went to my first class, got off at 6:45, was getting ready for my second class, starting at 7:30. I get a call from the rep telling me she's at my work. We close at 5 at the latest. There was no one at my work obviously and she said how about I bring your gift to your class? I ended up missing the first few minutes of class to meet with her, get my strawberries (premium is what it said on the website and he also paid for V-day delivery fees) only to find out they were the tiniest of strawberries, and quite honestly, a little too ripe when I took a bite in the first one (ie: almost rotten)
