I stopped in to buy some baking dishes because I was going to make shirred eggs the next morning and realized I didn't have the right oven equipment. The staff were very helpful in directing me to the different size/shape options and then left me alone as I looked around the store before making my decision. The product itself, the bakeware, is fantastic and I know I'll be using the dishes I bought for years.
Every time I visit Bethesda, I love to stop in Le Creuset boutique, because I collect this wonderful cookware. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and explain the product details so well. They always help me find the perfect addition to my kitchen. Cerise is my favorite color. I recommend this shop to anyone who loves to cook. Thank you!
I drove 45 minutes for the sole purpose of going to this store. I arrived during their posted business hours, and it was closed! Lights were turned off, doors were locked, and no one was in there. I guess they had somewhere better to be at noon on a Wednesday, and I guess I'll go buy my new skillet elsewhere.
The store manager at this store provides exceptional customer service. Her male associate was another story! The manager provided me a with brief history of Le Creuset and an explanation of what makes their cookware superior to the competition. She helped me select the perfect gift for my sister - who loves to cook. My sister could not be happier with the gift!
this is my favorite store. although the products are very expensive, i enjoy walking through the store and all the sales associates are so helpful!
