Beautiful job with the remodel! Hotel has a fresh new look. The rooms too. I just didn't love the bed. Pillows were good, though

Very nice hotel and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I've stayed here twice already and if it wasn't a good hotel i wouldn't have came back. Planning my third stay here very soon. On my last stay i was honored as a VIP guest and was upgraded to a terrace room for free! Its in a prime location a 5 minute walk to nice restaurants and bars. Only down side was the construction, but thar doesn't last forever.

The first night my air conditioning wouldn’t work and after waiting for an hour the room to cool down I called the front desk at 11:00 pm they told me I could move or they could have someone try to fix it. They sent the maintenance guy up and he did something to reset it without even coming in the room, like magic it started working better. The next morning I got into the shower to find there was no hot water after taking a cold shower I again called the front desk, they informed me that the boiler on the floor had to be reset and it should be back online in no time. That evening I called the front desk to extend my stay from my hotel room. I spoke to a man who told me the rate had changed, I said that was fine and to just charge it to my card. This evening when I got back to the hotel my key wouldn’t open the door so I went down to get a new one. The women at the counter informed me that. My reservation had ended and that I never talked to anyone the night before. She had a really bad attitude toward me and talked to me as though I was stupid. She went back to speak with her manager she came out and fixed the issue with my reservation but excepted no blame or responsibility for their mistakes. I will not stay here and my company wont either.

Room was very nice, and quite big for a hotel in this area. Good location, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. All the staff I encountered were friendly. Parking was a bit challenging just because the usual entrance was under construction, so I had to find the temporary entrance. Parking rates were reasonable though. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything has been great. Rooms feel modern and clean, with a large Samsung TV and a killer bathroom. The bathroom even has one of those expensive small mirrors with the extreme zoom and light. The location is great. Plenty of food in the area, with a Safeway just a short walk away for any needed supplies. It's also right above the metro. I would definitely stay here again.
